Lewis LaCook is a poet and technologist who has been working on the web for over a decade. In addition to writing a highly Romantic disjunctive “post-avant” verse, LaCook is Senior Vice President of Technology for Corporate Performance Artists, where he uses his deep knowledge of how the web paradigm works for medium and small-sized businesses. Lewis has worked at all levels of web production, including PHP/MySQL programming, client-side JavaScript behavioral modeling, implementation of sound design principles for both web and mobile applications, and Linux System Administration.
LaCook’s verse has appeared all over the web, though he prefers to keep it all on his blog, Xanax Pop. In 2011, BlazeVOX published his book-length collaboration with the poet Sheila Murphy, Beyond the Bother of Sunlight.
